官方信息披露，球迷可以通过两种方式获得嘉年华门票：安德玛会员积分兑换、球星卡抽门票（消费满300获得一张球星卡即一次刮奖机会）。

活动门票分为S、A、B三档，分别对应10000、8000、6000积分。第三方流通平台上，S、A、B各档位门票均有明码标价。目前A、B档位门票均在3000元以上，位置更好的S档门票相对余票有限，有黄牛报价8500元一张。
