西班牙足协官方：将在西甲比赛启用反种族歧视手势，主裁有权激活

9月12日讯 西班牙足协官方宣布，已经和西甲方面达成协议，将把在曼谷举办的国际足联最新大会上通过的“种族歧视事件”手势纳入《观众事件处理协议》。

该协议以一致通过的方式达成，旨在继续共同有效打击种族主义，因此，我们两个机构坚定履行其在足球领域打击任何形式歧视的承诺，尤其是针对种族主义的态度和行为，将在所有比赛中实施这一明确的手势。

如果主裁判能够确认种族歧视行为，或通过球员、国家安全部队和安全协调员收到有关歧视行为的报告，主裁判将有权激活这一信号。

自2005年实施《反对足球中的种族主义、仇外心理和不容忍行为的行动协议》后，我们将通过这一最新针对种族歧视的手势加强打击种族主义。这不仅涵盖了规范和处罚，还涉及到意识提升和教育，以反对任何形式的歧视。
