孔塞桑：米利唐来波尔图时没战术概念，一年后我们把他变成好商品

10月18日讯 前波尔图主帅塞尔吉奥-孔塞桑接受了《都灵体育报》的专访，期间他谈到了关于皇马中卫米利唐的话题。2018/2019赛季，年仅19岁的米利唐从巴西来到了波尔图效力，时任主教练就是孔塞桑。

当年，波尔图花费了700万欧从克鲁塞罗签下了米利唐，一个赛季后，俱乐部以5000万欧把他出售给皇马。效力波尔图期间，这名巴西中卫出场47次，攻入5球。孔塞桑说道：“那时候，波尔图主席早就想把他卖掉。”

“米利唐刚加盟的时候没有一点战术概念，技术上非常强，身体也像只野兽一样，不过就是没有战术思想。还有就是，他不知道在场内外该干些什么。我们不得不付出额外的工作，为了让他在一年后变成一件有价值的商品。”

“我们让他看录像，然后在场上一起培养他，练习包括空间感、位置感、压力感以及何时该变得有侵略性。当他更理解了自己以后，他变得更聪明，实现了大跳跃。”

最后，孔塞桑透露了他和米利唐的一些趣事。“我告诉他，如果他还去跳桑巴舞，而且每个周末跑去吃巴西烤肉，那么他永远踢不了皇马。结果是他在那里效力了6年。”
